must meet eligibility requirements and commit to
a 3-18 month program |

are accepted on a space-available basis |

Selection
for the program will be based on greatest need
and family's potential for self sufficiency |

must need confidential housing due to domestic
violence |

should have a source of income or potential to
establish an income within a reasonable period
of time |

Applicant
must be willing to participate in a work
training program or have employable skills |

must have no recent alcohol or substance abuse
issues |

with Safe Journey Case Manager (the Case Manager
will explain program policies, expectations and
criteria for selection of participants) |

Journey Transitional Housing Program Review
Panel will evaluate the candidate's application |

Review Panel will notify the candidate in
writing |
