Youth Shelter

Interface’s youth shelter is a licensed six-bed youth homelessness prevention center for youth 12-17 years old. All services are voluntary, free and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our services prioritize short-term, easily accessible solutions for youth, focusing on safe housing and alleviating family stressors. We offer a range of supportive services, including respite and cool-off options, daily nutritious meals, activities for health and wellbeing, educational support, transportation services, and guidance in independent living skills. Additionally, we facilitate family mediation and conflict resolution. This comprehensive approach aims to create a supportive environment, fostering stability and resilience within the community.
