Street Outreach Program

Street Outreach Services play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of vulnerable youth aged 12-24 who grapple with homelessness, runaway situations, or the imminent threat of being without shelter. By extending a helping hand to those in need, these services not only provide immediate relief and a sense of security, but also serve as a beacon of hope for a brighter future. Through personalized support, vital resources, and a compassionate approach, street outreach services empower young individuals to overcome obstacles, regain stability, and ultimately thrive.  

Program staff offer street-based education and outreach, access to emergency shelter, survival aid, trauma-informed treatment and counseling, information and referral, crisis intervention, and follow-up support.
